DYOE Know Your Agent (KYA) — the pay-safely pre-flight before an agent sends money. ONE call vets the whole deal: is the counterparty SITE legit (scam/fraud/phishing/rug) AND is the payee WALLET safe (OFAC-sanctioned? disposable?), weighed against amount vs. policy. Returns proceed/caution/stop + reasons + a signed, verifiable attestation — one go/no-go instead of three calls. Input: ?domain=merchant.com&wallet=0x...&amount=500
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
