File storage for agents on R2 with share links. Upload (base64, text or copy from a URL, up to 95 MB; up to 5 GB with upload_large), renew, get, list or delete. Priced by size and time: $0.002 per started 10 MB per week (above 100 MB $0.05 per GB-week); scratch files kept 1-24 hours from $0.002. Downloads are free. Files are private to the paying wallet. Also callable as GET with the same fields as query parameters.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
