Name a US ticker and get one cited insider-flow report: every Form 4 against the company in the window with the actual transactions parsed from the filings - open-market buys and sales (who, when, how much, at what price) separated from awards, option exercises and tax withholding - aggregated per insider and as a net flow, with a grounded signal read and a downloadable transactions appendix. SEC EDGAR data, not investment advice. USDC (x402/MPP) or card (Stripe). Not cached.
