SEC 8-K material-event items as stable JSON from EDGAR full-text: item codes, filing time, and exhibits. POST /v1/sec with a filer {cik} and optional limit and get the events back as one JSON object. Deterministic per filing. Pay per request in USDC; no account, no API key.
