List a wallet's recent transfers of one ERC-20 token (default USDC) on Arbitrum One, in and out, over the last N blocks (1-2,000, default 1,000): direction, counterparty, amount and transaction, newest first, up to 50. Use to confirm a payment arrived or see what was sent; for the current balance use arb_token_balance. Malformed addresses are rejected with 400, uncharged.
Paid test badge: not yet. The checks above are free: we call the tool without paying and read the payment request it sends back. The Verified badge needs paid calls whose answers match the promised output, and nobody can buy a badge.
