Explain and fix an error: finds matching GitHub issues and Stack Overflow questions (like /error/known), reads the top accepted answers in full, then writes the likely cause and concrete fix steps citing those sources, and says plainly when nothing matching was found. Paste the error (stack traces fine) and optionally the library.
