Sums zero-address mints and burns over a window (CDP SQL) against live on-chain totalSupply, annualised. Verdict from fixed_in_window / deflationary to hyperinflation. Honest: bridges, staking and LP programs mint legitimately — flags the RATE, not intent. Not financial advice.
