What this site collects

By itself: almost nothing. There are no accounts, no signup forms, no analytics scripts of ours, and no newsletter. The web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting, kept briefly and not used to identify anyone.

Advertising

The public pages of this site show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your interests where you consent. This is the one meaningful data processing that happens on this site, and it is Google's, not ours: we never see or store any of it.

• If you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a consent banner (Google's certified consent management platform) asks your choice first. You can consent, refuse, or manage options, and change your mind any time via the "Privacy & cookie settings" link the banner leaves behind.
• How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• Opt out of personalised ads: adssettings.google.com.

The apps

The apps presented on this site have their own, separate privacy policies (for example the weight tracker's policy is at /weightapp/privacy: it collects nothing and shows no ads). Nothing you do inside an app is connected to this website.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EEA/UK) and the Australian Privacy Act you can ask what data is held about you, ask for correction or deletion, and complain to your local privacy authority. For anything ad-related the controller is Google (see the links above); for the server logs and this site, write to hello@lucaintini.ai.

United States state privacy rights

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law (CPRA, VCDPA, CPA and similar), the following applies to you:

• What is collected: through the advertising described above, Google and its partners may collect online identifiers, cookie data and internet-activity information (pages viewed, ad interactions). This site itself collects only short-lived server logs.
• "Sale" / "sharing": we do not sell personal information for money. Serving personalised ads can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law, so you always get an opt-out.
• How to opt out: use the privacy options link shown to visitors from applicable US states (Google's certified consent tool), or send an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control from your browser: it is honoured. You can also opt out of personalised ads for your whole Google profile at adssettings.google.com.
• Your rights: to know, correct and delete personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. For the ads data the controller is Google (links above); for anything held by this site (effectively the server logs), write to hello@lucaintini.ai and it will be handled within the legal deadlines.
• Minors: we do not knowingly collect or share personal information of visitors under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
