Luca Intini.

Software built end to end with AI, by someone who spent thirty years running engineering teams. Different problems, one way of working.

The experiment

After thirty years of specifying, architecting and running other people's software, I am building it again myself, a new way: I decide what should exist and why, my business partner shapes how it should look and feel, and AI agents (Claude, mostly) write the code, run the tests, ship the builds and keep the documentation honest. Not prototypes. Real products with real pipelines, taken all the way to the stores.

The three below have nothing in common as products, which is deliberate: a private health tracker, a public photo map, a reference tool for travellers. What they share is the method and the standard. Some are nearly ready, some are barely a sketch. That is the point: this page is the workshop window, not the showroom.

A calm weight tracker (name coming)

in preview

The first app, and the one that started it all. A quiet place for your weight history: one number a day, an honest line, an optional note. No accounts, no cloud, no streaks, no judgement. Your data never leaves your phone. iOS & Android, currently in private preview; the name will be announced with the launch.

googlymaps.net

in design

A world map of googly eyes. People find googly eyes stuck on postboxes, parking meters and rocks (or stick them there themselves), photograph them, and the pin goes live on a map everyone can browse. Verification keeps it genuinely googly and family-friendly.

A travel-requirements helper (name coming)

just started

Going to Canada, Australia or the USA? For work or for a holiday? This one answers the boring-but-critical questions in one place: which visa you can apply for, how long you can stay, which vaccinations and documents you need, and what the fees are.

How these get made
