Software built end to end with AI, by someone who spent thirty years
running engineering teams. Different problems, one way of working.
The experiment
After thirty years of specifying, architecting and running other people's software, I am
building it again myself, a new way: I decide what should exist and why, and AI agents
(Claude, mostly) write the code, run the tests, ship the builds and keep the documentation
honest. Not prototypes. Real products with real pipelines, taken all the way to the stores.
The projects below have nothing in common as products, which is deliberate: an autonomous trading
research agent, a jobs board, a market of tools for AI agents, a public photo map and a reference tool for travellers. What they share is the method and the standard. Some
are nearly ready, some are barely a sketch. That is the point: this page is the workshop
window, not the showroom.

🤖Claude NY - my most advanced AI project
running 24/7
An AI agent that runs a trading research lab around the clock. It turns trading ideas from
courses, papers and my own older strategies into MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors, tests every one
on real tick data on a second machine in Perth, deploys only what clears a strict bar, and guards
a live portfolio of 99 strategies with real money on it.
One Claude orchestrator, a team of single-purpose agents, a git repository as the message bus,
and risk rules it can never break, starting with: never close a trade at a loss automatically.
Not for sale; this is the clearest picture of how I work with AI.

In the 123 months before Claude Code I made 305 contributions on GitHub,
about 2.5 a month. In the 8 months since, 3,163: about
395 a month, roughly 159 times the pace. Every private repository counts.

A jobs board that lists only work you can do from anywhere. Every ad is read in full,
not just its "remote" tag: hybrid, office days and "remote within 50 km" are rejected,
and each listing shows the exact line from the ad that proves it is fully remote.
A "must live in this country" rule is fine; business travel is fine.
Sources are company career feeds and boards that publish an API, never scraped
LinkedIn, Indeed or Glassdoor. Duplicates are folded into one listing, closed jobs are
archived automatically. Built and run by HELLO, the engine behind this site, with the
work counted publicly even though the code is private.

🧪ToolAssay - The agent tool market, tested
live
AI agents now buy tools by the call, paying a few cents each in USDC through the x402
protocol. Other markets copy the list of those tools and repeat what the providers claim.
ToolAssay calls every one of them itself, every day, and publishes what happened: whether
it answered, how fast, and what it really charged.
Over 17,000 tools are listed and more than 15,000 are checked daily. Well over a thousand
were caught asking more than their listed price. Every tool has its own page, and there is
a search API, an MCP server agents can plug straight into, and the full results as open
data. Coming next: a MetaTrader 5 backtest that agents can pay for per run.

How we test ↗
A world map of googly eyes. People find googly eyes stuck on postboxes, parking meters
and rocks (or stick them there themselves), photograph them, and the pin goes live on a
map everyone can browse. Verification keeps it genuinely googly and family-friendly.

early build
Going to Canada, Australia or the USA? For work, for a holiday, or for permanent
residence? This one matches your Passport, Destination, Purpose and age against real
routes, splitting what you match from what you do not, with the reason for each, and never
hiding a route just because you do not match it.
Growing steadily: 42 real combinations are matched today, across nine passports, three
countries and holiday, work and permanent residence purposes, though not every passport is
covered for every destination and purpose yet. Every fee, stay length and requirement
links the official government page it came from and shows the date it was last checked.
Anything not yet covered says so plainly rather than guessing.
