Role The Corporate Counsel is Acquisition.com 's day-to-day, first-line legal resource and the General Counsel's primary force multiplier. The advisory practice, live workshops and events, sales, marketing, operations, and the technology products that support them all bring their legal questions here first. This person answers most matters on their own, directs the paralegal and legal operations specialist to keep intake and contracts moving, and escalates to the General Counsel immediately when a matter calls for it.
