Every listing here is a job you can do 100% remote. A rule of "must live in country X" is fine, and business travel (client visits, offsites, conferences) is fine too. Hybrid, "remote 2 days a week", or "remote within 50 km of the office" is rejected, whatever the ad calls itself.
Jobs come from companies' own career feeds (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and others) and from job boards that offer a public API. We never fetch LinkedIn, Indeed or Glassdoor.
Every ad is read in full, not just its title or its "remote" tag, by a classifier with two stages: a rules pass first, then a language model pass for anything the rules did not already decide. The listing shows the exact words from the ad that prove the verdict, marked "From the ad".
The same job often appears on several sources. We keep one listing and prefer the company's own feed over a board copy.
The country list on a listing is who is eligible to apply, by country of residence, not where the company is based; "Worldwide" means no country restriction. 100% remote means from anywhere in each listed country: when an ad open in several countries limits one of them to a city, region or state ("US East Coast only"), that country is left off the list and the listing says so, quoting the ad; the job stays listed for the others. "Verified on" is the last date we rechecked the ad against its source. The apply link goes to the employer's own posting whenever we have found it, and otherwise to the board where we found the ad; either way JobsFromAnywhere never collects applications.
Two keys, in this order. First, whether the term is in the job title: a plain yes or no, not a score. Search "Manager" and a Support Engineer whose ad merely mentions a manager sorts below, never above. Second, among equals, the most recently listed first. With no search term only the second key applies, so the home page is purely chronological.
There is no relevance score, no TF-IDF, no ranking by company or by how complete an ad looks. That is deliberate. This board's promise is evidence you can check, and an ordering nobody can inspect would sit badly beside it. We would rather it stayed dull enough to explain in a paragraph.
Two known limits, while we are being plain about it. Searching several terms at once with "|" does not rank by how many of them matched. And ticking "also search the full ad text" widens what is found without affecting the order at all: it is a filter, not a ranking signal.

Every live listing is rechecked once a day, in two ways: the ad's own page (a page that is gone, or says the job was removed, archives the listing at once) and the source's feed (an ad missing from the feed twice in a row is archived). An archived job leaves the live listings, and its page states the date it closed.
What we keep about you: as little as a job board can.
