We are hiring a Business Development Associate to bring growth-stage founders into Pairs, from the first call to the start of the engagement. Pairs is a global network of family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels. We screen deal flow very tightly, and the opportunities that clear our diligence go out to the network. We invest alongside them too. THE ROLE Founders come to Pairs when they are raising. You run the first call: you read the business quickly, find out what is holding the raise back, and judge whether we can move it forward.
