We are hiring an Account Executive, Venture Capital to run the first conversation founders have with Pairs, and to turn the right ones into clients. Pairs is a global network of family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels. We screen deal flow very tightly, and the opportunities that clear our diligence go out to the network. We invest alongside them too. THE ROLE You sell to founders, not to funds. Every call is with a founder in the middle of a raise. You take that first call. You learn the round, the traction, the runway and what has not worked so far, and you decide whether we can genuinely help.
