The Role We Need PadSplit 's demand engine spans Marketing, Lifecycle, Member Acquisition, and Member Success, but no one owns how these teams connect once a lead is approved, leaving us blind to where members stall on the way to a move-in and unable to see which outreach actually converts. We need a Revenue Operations Lead to own the last, most critical leg of the funnel: the calling and human outreach that turns an approved lead into a housed member, along with the reporting that makes the whole funnel legible.
