About the role NetBox Labs is hiring a People Operations Manager to run the day to day operations behind a globally distributed team. We are 135 people across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, France, and Spain, and we are still growing. Every hire, change, and exit creates a contract, a benefits enrollment, a system record, and a compliance obligation under that country's rules.
