About the role EPOC Real Estate manages five real estate investment funds holding approximately 525 single-family rental homes across six states. This is the senior accounting seat for the investment side of the business. You own the fund books end to end and the General Partner books: multi-entity closes, consolidation, capital accounts, investor reporting, loan and escrow administration, and entity-level accounting.
